Can I buy retatrutide legally?
As a research chemical for laboratory use, yes; as a medicine, no. Retatrutide is not approved by the FDA or the EMA and reaches patients only through Lilly trials or the expanded access program NCT07629401.
Can I get a prescription for retatrutide?
No. Retatrutide is not an approved drug, so no pharmacy can fill a prescription for it and a doctor cannot write one that any pharmacy can fill. Because it is the only thing that ties a certificate to the vial in your hand. In the only published analysis of retatrutide sold outside trials, three vials labelled 10 mg contained 5.13, 16.5 and 19.0 mg (DOI 10.1111/dar.70231). A purity percentage alone does not catch that.
